chief of the army and navy of the United States. The term implies supreme
control of military operations during the process of a war, not only on the
side strategy and tactics, but also in reference to the political and

Once again I am taking the liberty of
contacting the Committee in order establish my Stand in "REDRESS" and reaffirm
my Stake in the high office President under the Copyright of the United States
relative to the overthrow of the United States Government and the total
abolition of "DUE PROCESS" " LAW AND ORDER" and "INDIVIDUAL RIGHT" directly
related to to and demonstrated at "Waco" fratricide/genocide
"Massacre".
When United States Military Armed
Forces are deployed on foreign or Domestic soil and overseen by the Adjudant
General the chain of command ultimately and directly leads to the "COMMANDER
IN CHIEF" and when that chain of command is weakened, crippled or broken then
"the INDIVIDUAL who considers himself injured has a right to resort to his
Country for a remedy". I ask to appear before the Committee and ask that you
study October 20, 1973 "THE SATURDAY NIGHT MASSACRE"? I will await your reply.
